OVERVIEW

The Westlake Radial SL309 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for light trucks.

The tire offers excellent all weather traction. The tread design features a multi-sipe detail that firmly grips the road surface in dry, wet and winter weather conditions. The tread design maintains a firm grip on the road surface, which ensures a safer driving experience. The driving security is further enhanced by the models exceptional hydroplaning resistance. The wide tread grooves effectively resist hydroplaning by eliminating water and slush from below the tires footprint. The result is a safer year round drive.

The tire performs well on concrete roads and has great durability. The internal structure features two high-tensile steel belts and a double polyester cord body that maintain the tires optimal shape during the drive. The prevention of deformation improves the tires load carrying ability, while also allowing better performance on slight off-road terrains. The tires off-road capability and damage, puncture and tear, resistance are further improved with the reinforced sidewalls. The stronger sidewalls ensure a safer driving experience as they prevent deformation and maintain the optimal tire shape in all weather.

The Radial SL309s tread pattern features a variable pitch sequence. It negates the road noise generated while the tires are in motion by creating a sound frequency.
