This barn is well-ventilated and raised off the ground. Easy 20 minute - no tool - assembly. This barn's material doesn't absorb water, so that means you'll have easy maintenance - just hose it off. Includes: separate 3 chamber nesting box for egg laying with easy and secure outside access, front access doors with turn lock, wide, moveable roosting bar inside. Easy to clean. Will not go gray like inexpensive wood types will and is totally nontoxic. All ecoFLEX based materials carry a limited 10-year defect and deterioration warranty. Can be used as a stand alone coop or with the Jumbo Fontana Pen (purchase separately.)
