The tire compound features silica and polymer that enhance the dry and wet weather road gripping ability. The tires symmetric tread design further upgrades summer traction by firmly gripping the road surface. The wide circumferential grooves actively prevent hydroplaning as they eliminate water from beneath the footprint. The tires compound and tread design, however, will not maintain their excellent traction in winter weather and the tire is not recommended for use in colder temperatures.
